Elevation 101 – How to upgrade
a mass-market party pack without losing the party

Global ice cream giant Kwality Wall’s was facing a delicious dilemma: Take their everyday ice cream party pack — familiar, functional, and everywhere — and transform it into something aspirational. 

Our job was to reposition this fun freezer staple into a rich and craveable, sensorial delight. But this wasn’t just about good looks. It was a strategic leap from value-driven to mass-premium, and the packaging had to do the heavy lifting.


THE CHALLENGE

We had to retain the product’s excitement and accessibility while elevating its desirability. The redesign needed to work across shelves, stand out in cluttered freezers, and sit comfortably in the bigger world of Kwality Walls.
